Cancelling an Appointment

Out of courtesy to other patients, please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your appointment by phone at 705-667-0035 or ask us about our texting service.

Any emergency conditions such as chest pain or severe injury should be directed to call 911.

Same Day Appointments

We have a number of same day appointments available throughout the week. Please call in the morning to access these appointments.

Appropriate visits for the same day appointment include:

  • colds, sore throats
  • pregnancy tests
  • urinary tract infections
  • diarrhea
  • rashes
  • fever

Inappropriate visits for the same day appointment include:

  • completion of forms
  • medication refills
  • management of chronic illness (diabetes, asthma, hypertension)
